Overview

The Dubai Frame, inaugurated in January 2018, is one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Standing 150 meters tall and 93 meters wide, the structure is designed like a giant picture frame, symbolizing a window to Dubai’s transformation. The north side represents Old Dubai, showcasing the emirate’s heritage and cultural roots, while the south side highlights New Dubai, with its glittering skyline of skyscrapers and modern marvels. The center, a glass-floored sky bridge, connects the two and symbolizes Dubai’s vision of the future. The building’s golden exterior design was inspired by the Expo 2020 logo, reflecting the city’s ambition and heritage at the same time. Today, the Dubai Frame is not only an observation deck but also a storytelling museum that takes visitors through the city’s incredible journey
